Jun came with a strong background in business consulting and organization development(OD). Jun has led strategic transformational projects in customer experience design and service innovation. She provides customer insights to business leaders and helps organizations to sustain brand leadership and growth through the use of industry best practices and qualitative research methodologies. Her experience spans from working with clients from various industries including financial services, engineering, hospitality, healthcare, manufacturing, security services, telecommunications and government agencies. Formerly a Vice President in a financial institution Jun has worked alongside accomplished individuals in Singapore and Australia. A sought after speaker, regional industry judge and award winner, Jun was responsible for strategic planning, organization excellence, learning and development initiatives in her past portfolio.
A passionate and dynamic facilitator, Jun believes that she is exactly where she is supposed to be: inspiring organizations and individuals to excel in the work they do. Integrated with what she does daily, Jun serves the special people and differently-abled folks in her community. Jun likes works by Monet, fancies the great outdoors and cosmopolitan activities. She enjoys reading and walking barefoot in the park on a sunny day. Jun is an ardent fan of local theatre productions and dreams about being involved in a playwright someday.
